One of the highlights of any Discworld gathering is the traditional Charity Auction presided over by Pat Harkin. This year we auctioned a wide range of Discworld memorabilia in aid of the Alzheimer's Society of Ireland and the National Adult Literacy Agency. Items in the auction ranged from button pins, t-shirts, calendars and posters through to signed books and one-off pieces of art:

One of the convention attendees, Phil Chadwick, also agreed to be painted blue for a small donation to the charity:

In total we raised €2,613 from the auction, €2,625 when you add in the painting Phil money.
